Brand Identity & Presence
Branding is not a logo. It is whether someone recognises you in a feed before they read your name, and whether what they find is consistent when they go looking. These three services are engaged separately — take the one you need now, or combine them. Each is scoped, priced and delivered on its own terms.
Branding is two different jobs that get treated as one. There is the decision about what you stand for and who you are for, which is positioning work and costs very little to get right. And there is the expression of it — identity, presence, the way it looks and sounds — which is expensive, and only worth doing once the first decision is settled.
We take on the second job, and we will say so when the first one has not been answered. A visual system built before you know which market you are serving is a system you will pay to rebuild. Where the positioning is already clear, the work here is making it recognisable and consistent everywhere it actually appears: on a phone screen, at sixteen pixels in a browser tab, in a document a client opens two years from now.
Social Media Management
Ongoing monthly engagement
Consistent presence on the platforms where your buyers already spend attention. Strategy first, then a calendar we actually produce against, rather than posting whatever is left at the end of the month. This one runs continuously — it is the only branding service that does.
What's included
- Content strategy shaped per platform
- Monthly content calendar planned in advance
- Static, video and Reels production
- Community management and response handling
- Monthly performance reporting
What you get
- A month-ahead content calendar
- All produced creative, in editable source files
- Monthly performance report
Web Design
Fixed-scope project
The design for your site: structure, visual language and developer-ready files. Delivered as a standalone project and handed to whoever builds it — pair it with Web Development if you want us to build it too, or take the files elsewhere.
What's included
- Conversion-led page structure and hierarchy
- A reusable design system, not one-off pages
- Responsive layouts across every breakpoint
- Interaction and state specifications
- Developer-ready handoff
What you get
- Editable design files for every page
- Component and design system library
- Written handoff specification
Visual Brand Identity
One-off foundational project
The logo system, palette, type and rules everything else is built on. Usually the first thing to commission if it does not exist yet, because the other two services apply it rather than create it.
What's included
- Logo system with clear usage rules
- Colour palette and typographic scale
- Written brand guidelines document
- Templates for social, decks and ad creative
- Editable source files for every asset
What you get
- Full identity file set, in source format
- Brand guidelines document
- Ready-to-use template pack
Specialisms
Three separate engagements. They reinforce each other, and none of them requires the others to be useful.
A publishing system with a point of view, judged on business outcomes rather than follower count.

Common questions
The questions we are asked most often before an engagement starts.
Is branding worth spending on before we have proven demand?
Identity work, usually not. Positioning work, usually yes — and the two get confused. Deciding what you stand for and who you are for costs little and changes every subsequent decision. Commissioning a full visual system before you know which market you are serving means paying twice, because the identity will need to change when the answer arrives.
How is this different from a design agency?
A design agency is judged on how the work looks. We are judged on whether it moves a commercial number, because the same team runs your acquisition afterwards. That constraint tends to produce more conservative, more functional design decisions — we are the ones who will have to make the ads work.
Do we need a rebrand?
Far less often than agencies suggest. A rebrand is warranted when the identity actively misrepresents what you now sell, when it fails in the places it is most used, or when a merger or repositioning has left it meaningless. Being bored of your own logo is not on that list — your market has seen it a fraction as often as you have.
Who owns the files and the source artwork?
You do, on completion, including editable source files rather than exports alone. That includes design files, fonts licensed to you, and anything else needed to keep using the work without coming back to us. Withholding source files to guarantee repeat business is a common practice and not one we take part in.
Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?
Yes, and often the more useful engagement. Most guidelines are ignored because they are impractical rather than wrong — they specify colours that fail contrast requirements, or type scales that break on mobile. Making an existing system work in the places it actually gets used is usually better value than replacing it.

A discovery call, not a pitch. We will tell you where we think the gap actually is, and whether we are the right people to close it.
